International minority-owned and operated corporation providing staff augmentation services, technology consulting/outsourcing services, and managed staff augmentation services to numerous Fortune 500 clients and government entities.

·          Represented Acro Service Corporation as direct contact for three customers in the Jackson area.

·          Trained and managed a five-member staffing team, ensuring expectations of three customers were met.

·          Assisted staff with resolving customer issues and ensured the on-site staffing team understood resolutions.
